We traveled to Aberdeen with our best friend Flip. We were a little apprehensive at the sart due to the long journey, but we had a great trip, it was like a mini holiday. We stopped regularly to stretch our legs and have a welcome break. We even had a picnic lunch included. This photo was taken of Flip on a picnic bench in France.

I booked Pronto Pets to transport my 2 furry babies (cats) from the UK to Spain and I can honestly say they had a wonderful time. I was very worried about them travelling and being away from me and how it would impact them but James and Elaine made the transition so smooth and reassuring my cats arrived safely and with no personality disorders. Haha. They didn’t even miss me. James and Elaine are 2 wonderful people that make you feel completely at ease with their warm and friendly approach and love for animals. They come most highly recommended and I would give them 10 stars if I could. I used this service twice already and can’t recommend it high enough! We travelled to Marbella (Spain) and Coco arrived happy, relaxed and full of energy every time! James and Elaine sent us photos and videos of their progress along the way, were always quick to respond to any quieres and to update on the progress. Most importantly, you can see that both James and Elaine truly care about the animals wellbeing and try their best to provide a comfortable and safe journey for the ones under their care. James, who is not just kind and caring but knowledgeable and trustworthy, kept us updated with Bruno’s travel with photos and progress updates throughout. We were nervous sending our first dog, 10 month old Pointer, Bruno on a trip all by himself but James made it easy. We were reassured and happy to see Bruno arrive without any trauma, anxiety or stress. He is happily at home in the UK now and I’m so grateful to James and Pronto Pets for making that possible. What a brilliant experience for us and ur dog Teddy with what we thought was going to be an extremely stressful time for us all. Elaine and James were great from start to finish with the transport of our dog from Greenwich to Spain, made us feel very comfortable and clearly our dog Teddy was safe in their hands as he didn’t seem stressed at all when we collected him in Cabo Roig! Pronto Pets delivered our little dog Dexter from UK to his new home in Spain. We could not have asked for a better service. James and Elaine took care of Dexter as if he was their own little dog, so much so when they arrived and sat with us for a drink and a chat, Dexter chose to sit on Elaine’s knee rather than ours! I spoke to James on the phone about a transfer from Kent to La marina! He was nothing but helpful with information I needed to transfer my 3 pets to Spain. James and Elaine came recommended to us and we would highly recommend them now ourselves! We needed to transported our seven cats from Manchester to live with us in Benissa. Making all the arrangements for our gang was quite a task and it got a little hairy when we were unable to fit in our vet appointments for their health certificates. However, James told us not to worry and that he would sort these out for us on the journey. That was such a relief! He made everything sound so easy and no trouble. They also arranged a cattery for their short stay when they arrived in Spain whilst we waited for our keys for our new home. They took all the worry out of it for us. When we met James and Elaine to handover our cats we knew straight away that they were going to be taken good care of.
