A family business that travels with your pet
ProntoPets is run by Jarno and Nadine from Folkestone in Kent, a few minutes from the Eurotunnel terminal. We have always had animals around us, currently three dogs and a cat, and we know how it feels to hand your pet to someone else for a long trip. That is why one of us is on every trip.
How we work
We drive the corridor between the UK, France and Spain every few weeks. Shared trips keep the price down for owners with some flexibility, designated trips and owner and pet transfers give you a fixed date. In every case the vehicle stops every 2 to 3 hours, the animals are never left alone and you get updates without asking.
Paperwork is where most trips go wrong, so we check it before departure. Microchip, rabies vaccination, health certificate, tapeworm treatment: we go through it with you and can arrange the certificate through our partner vet in Kent.
