Three ways to travel, all door to door
Every trip includes collection at your address, the Channel crossing, walk and water stops every 2 to 3 hours, fresh bedding, water bowls, updates on the way and delivery at the door. Below is what differs.
Shared pet transport
Our most booked option. Your pet travels in its own large crate alongside a few other pets on a scheduled trip.
- Fixed departure dates, roughly every two weeks in each direction
- Two staff on board for the whole trip
- Driver sleeps in the vehicle with the pets overnight
- Best value: you share the journey cost
Best for: owners with some flexibility on the date and pets that are fine around other animals.
Designated trip
The vehicle carries only your pets, on the date you choose.
- Your date, your route, no other pets on board
- Overnight the pet stays in a hotel room with the driver
- Suitable for nervous or elderly animals and multi pet households
- Fastest door to door time
Best for: a fixed moving date, pets that need extra attention or several pets from one home.
Owner and pet transfer
You travel with your pet in a spacious MPV. We drive, book the crossing and reserve pet friendly hotels on the way.

- Pet friendly hotels booked for you
- Scenic route with regular breaks for you and your pet
Best for: owners who do not want to fly or do not want to be apart from their pet.
How it works
From first message to the front door

Tell us the route
Send the quote form or call. You get a personal quote in writing, usually the same working day.

Reserve your place
Pay a deposit to secure the date. The balance is due before departure, no surprise costs on the day.

Paperwork check
We go through microchip, rabies vaccination, health certificate and tapeworm treatment with you, so nothing stops your pet at the border.
- 04
Collection at home
We collect at your door, settle your pet in a large crate with fresh bedding and send you the first photo before we leave.
- 05
Delivery at the door
Regular walk and water stops, updates on the way and handover at the new address.

What you provide
- Your pet's usual food for the trip, to avoid an upset stomach from a change of diet
- For cats: a soft fabric carrier
- Passport or health certificate, vaccination record and microchip number
