This notice explains what ProntoPets does with the personal data you send us and which rights you have under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

What we use your data for
The details you send through the quote form (name, email, phone, route, pet details, message) are used to answer your request and, if you book, to plan and carry out the transport. Pet details are needed to prepare the paperwork and the care on board.
Legal basis
Answering your request and carrying out a booking: performance of a contract or steps before a contract. Keeping booking records: legal obligation (tax and accounting). Anything else: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
How long we keep it
Quote requests that do not lead to a booking are deleted after 12 months. Booking records are kept for 6 years after the trip, as required for accounting.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to its use or ask for a copy. Write to the email address above. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Who else sees your data
The form is sent to us through the email service Resend. The website is hosted on a server in the EU. Google Maps only loads after you allow it. We do not sell or share your data for marketing.
