Quote and booking
A quote is valid for 14 days. A booking is confirmed when the deposit is received. The balance is due before departure.
Paperwork
The owner is responsible for a valid microchip, rabies vaccination and travel document. We check the documents before departure but cannot travel with a pet whose documents are incomplete.
Changes and cancellation
Date changes on shared trips are subject to availability. Cancellation terms are stated on the quote.
Care on board
Pets travel in a crate, are exercised every 2 to 3 hours and are never left alone. Please tell us about medical conditions and behaviour before the trip.
